    IMPORTANT NOTE: Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal valuables, including cash, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, ATM cards, or other belongings. Please keep your valuables safe and secure.

    Advance Notice for Vacating - Residents must inform the management at least 60 days before vacating (mandatory). Otherwise, one month’s rent must be paid.booking advanse not refundble

    Maintenance Charge - The maintenance charge is ₹5,000.

    No Smoking & Drinking - Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the building premises.

    Cleanliness & Hygiene - Keep your accommodation neat, clean, and hygienic at all times.

    Garbage Disposal - Please use dustbins for disposing of garbage.

    Visitor Permission - Visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the management.
